CANCELLATION POLICY / TERMS AND AGREEMENT
Payment must be received latest by ESTS by 1st September 2025 but the registration and your place is not confirmed until payment is received. 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed up to 14 days before the course. No refund will be granted after that date. A change in VAT may lead to different prices. ESTS cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.
Participants are requested to get informed in advance about the travel restrictions that may apply form their home countries to enter Belgium before registering to the course. ESTS will make no exceptional or full refunds for reasons related to travel restrictions.
