Cancellation Policy / Terms and Agreement

Payment must be received by ESTS by 16 February 2026, but registration and your place are not confirmed until payment is received.
50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed up to 14 days before the course. No refund will be granted after that date. A change in VAT may modify the prices. ESTS cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.

Participants are requested to get informed in advance about travel restrictions that may apply from their home countries to enter Czech Republic before registering. ESTS will make no exceptional or full refunds for reasons related to travel restrictions.
