GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION
These General Terms and Conditions are valid for each attendee registered for the EACMFS Virtual Congress

Congress Registration
The registration deadlines for the Virtual Congress are as follows:

  • Early registration deadline: May15th, 2021
  • Standard registration deadline: June 30th, 2021
  • Late and onsite registration from: July 1st 2021

The Virtual Format Congress Registration includes access to the entire virtual platform including the scientific sessions, the exhibition hall and the e-abstracts; the attendees acknowledge that some sponsored symposia and/or (parts of) the exhibition hall (on-site and/or virtual) may not be accessible to all attendees due to compliance regulations and applicable laws.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Technical Secretariat:

Virtual Congress Registration:

  • Cancellations received up and including April 30th, 2021 – full refund
  • Cancellations received between May 1st 2021 to June 30th 2021 – 50% will be refunded
  • From July 1st, 2021 – no refund will be made

Refunds will be credited only to person / entity who / which paid the original registration. In cases of cancellations due to personal matters, after the cancellation deadline, please consult your personal insurance.

Modification of the Congress Programme
EACMFS reserves the right to modify the programme, which is published as an indication only. No refunds will be granted in case the programme changes (including change of speakers).

Access
During the registration process, each participant must accept the here outlined General Terms and Conditions in accordance with GDPR to access the digital platform. Start of July, you will receive personal access details to access the Virtual platform. This access details are strictly personal and cannot be given to any other person. We will identify all access details on our platform.

It lies in the responsibility of the individual registered attendee and/or the group manager to ensure the receipt of the access details to the digital platform. The registered attendee and/or the group manager must contact the Registration Team if access details have not been received by 13 July 2021. EACMFS cannot be held liable if attendees are not able to access the digital platform due to missing personal access details.
